Turn support email into conversations your team can manage
Bring incoming emails and replies into Supportix so colleagues can work on the same requests. Keep the conversation history, customer details, and responsible agent together.
An invoice question with a clear handover
A customer emails your support address about an invoice. The first agent reads the request and passes it to the right colleague with an internal comment. That colleague sees the conversation and replies to the customer by email from Supportix.
- Keep the full exchange together
Read incoming messages and your replies in the same conversation rather than reconstructing the request from separate emails.
- Coordinate inside the request
Assign an agent or group and use internal comments to give teammates the context they need.
- Answer common questions consistently
Use saved reply templates and exchange files when a customer needs supporting information.
- 1Choose how to receive mail
Connect an existing mailbox through IMAP, or use the direct mail delivery option with the help of your domain administrator.
- 2Follow the mailbox instructions
Use the connection details supplied by your email provider. For direct delivery, follow the exact domain settings shown in Supportix.
- 3Send and answer a test email
Verify that an incoming email appears in Supportix and that your reply reaches the sender before moving your support workflow.
Questions about email support
Can I keep my existing mailbox?
Yes. The IMAP connection is designed for an existing mailbox. Check your provider’s connection settings and the plan that supports the required email setup.
Do I have to change DNS records?
Not for the existing-mailbox approach. DNS configuration applies to direct delivery; changes should be reviewed by the person responsible for your domain’s email.
Can email and chat use the same workspace?
Yes. Connected email, website chat, and messenger channels appear in Supportix so the team can work with them in one place.
