A customer knowledge base on your own domain
Give customers a place to find setup instructions and answers to recurring questions. Publish searchable articles from Supportix and organize them into a help center that belongs to your business.
Explain it once, make it easy to find again
Your team regularly explains how to get started. Turn those steps into an article, place it in a Getting started category, and publish it. Customers can search for the answer, and agents can share the article during a conversation.
- Articles organized by topic
Write in Markdown, group articles into categories, and choose the order in which customers see them.
- Search and a choice of templates
Help readers find published articles through search. Choose one of two templates for the help center.
- Your address and language
Use a domain, subdomain, or configured website path. Set the language of each knowledge base for your audience.
- 1Choose an address
Create a knowledge base in Supportix and choose its domain, language, and template. A help subdomain is the simplest starting point.
- 2Connect and verify the domain
Follow the domain instructions for your chosen address and check the connection in Supportix.
- 3Prepare and publish articles
Add categories and articles, review the private preview, then publish the help center for customers.
Questions about customer knowledge base
Can the help center use my domain?
Yes. You can use a domain or subdomain. A website path is also supported with additional configuration on your website; a DNS record alone is not enough for that option.
Can I prepare articles before publication?
Yes. Prepare your content and review the knowledge base with its private preview before publishing it.
Can I publish in more than one language?
Create a separate knowledge base for another supported language. The setup guide explains how the language versions are connected.
