Telegram and Viber conversations, handled by one team

Let customers write in the messenger they already use. Your team receives messages from connected bots in Supportix, alongside website chat and email, and replies from one workspace.

Keep the conversation moving when the agent changes

A customer asks about delivery in Telegram. An agent checks the request, leaves a note for a colleague, and transfers the conversation. The next person can read the existing messages before replying. The same team workflow is available for a connected Viber bot.

  • Connect your business bots

Add Telegram and Viber channels using their bot tokens and choose the support group for new messages.

  • Give each request an owner

Assign conversations to a group or agent instead of leaving your team to guess who should respond.

  • Reuse answers without losing context

Insert saved replies, check customer details, and add internal comments for teammates in the same conversation.

  1. 1
    Obtain the bot token

Get a Telegram bot token through BotFather, or copy the authentication token of your active Viber bot. Each channel has a separate token and setup guide.

  2. 2
    Configure the Supportix channel

Open Settings → Channels, add a channel of type Telegram or Viber, enter its name and token, select a user group, and save.

  3. 3
    Check messages and notifications

Write to your bot as a customer. An agent in the selected group sees the chat in the web account or mobile app and receives notifications when permitted. Reply and verify delivery in the messenger.
